Celebrate the arrival of spring with an evening of vibrant rhythms and soulful melodies as the Roger Glenn Latin Jazz Quartet brings the music of the Americas to Meyhouse Jazz in Palo Alto. Led by Roger Glenn (vibraphone, flute, saxophone), the quartet features acclaimed Brazilian composer and producer Marcos Silva (piano), Robb Fisher (bass), and dynamic drummer Kelly Zaban Fasman.
Together, this stellar ensemble performs an uplifting program featuring original compositions from Roger Glenn’s recording, My Latin Heart (released in August 2025), alongside Afro-Cuban grooves, Brazilian classics and Silva originals, Argentinian tango, and beloved jazz standards. Rich in melody, rhythm, and improvisational fire, this performance offers a joyful, swinging celebration of renewal, connection, and the spirit of spring.
